Black Sheep Bistro
ESTABLISHED 2012

A legacy carved in Goan Heritage and Stone.

Nestled within the weathered walls of a century-old Portuguese mansion in the heart of Panjim, Black Sheep Bistro began as a quiet rebellion against the ordinary. A sanctuary for those who value the weight of history and the art of the slow meal.

The Founders' Vision

Owned by Sabreen and Prahlad Sukhtankar, esteemed professionals in Goa’s F&B industry, Black Sheep Bistro was born from a desire to create a space where the culinary arts met historical reverence. The name pays homage to Prahlad’s childhood moniker, embracing it with a sense of authenticity.
